My client is looking to expand their current team to support and carry out maintenance across 130 sites throughout Northamptonshire.

This is a very varied role where no two days are ever the same. You will be required to carry out a number of tasks in respond to requests from across the County with the ability to prioritise your workload.
The responsibilities could be anything from lifting and moving equipment to general maintenance issues such as changing lightbulbs.
Candidates who have previously attended a Manual Handling course would be advantageous although this is not essential as can be arranged.

A full clean driving licence will be required for this role and access to a company vehicle will be supplied during working hours.

 

The ideal candidate will have good Communication and IT Skills.

Shifts may vary to support the department. (Please note you will not be required to work beyond 7pm)

Candidates will require a CRB Check and we are happy to arrange this if you do not have a recent check available.

This is initially a temporary assignment with potential to apply for a permenant role in the future.

Previous experience working within a varied facilities role is not required although general knowledge of maintenance issues and how to resolve matters in an efficient manner with attention to detail is beneficial.
