This role is a long term temporary assignment and we need to find the right person for this tough remit. You will have your CIPD qualification with a good amount of senior HR experience. You will be advising Heads of Service, Senior Managers etc, This advice will cover, HR Policy, Legal implications, formal consultation and more. You will also project manage and advice them on all aspects of change management and its impacts on T's & C's, working practices, team structure and behaviours.
