New systems development? Experiece of HR procedures?

We need someone fantastic to help our client with HR systems and procedures!  You will need to manage and deliver specialist process improvement across the HR department for our client.  You will also contribute to specific HR projects and design and implement effective solutions to facilitate improved ways of working.  You will need HR, project management experience and you will be hard working and hands on!  Experience of Visio/Prince2 or other project management tools is essential.
