Working within a busy sales environment, you will be expected to make 80 telesales calls+ a day. You can work from a provided database or generate your own leads, but this company specialises within a certain industry sector for which they are renowned so although many calls will be cold, the company will be known.
Candidates need to be extremely personable, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to listen to what customers require. In addition you will need to have good IT skills, and the ability to record information accurately.
This post will also offer the opportunity to do some field visits - this usually happens on a weekly basis, so again transport/driving licence is a requirement.
Candidates with previous sales experience are preferred, but if you have the skills you will still be considered. All sales experience will be considered, although this position involves business to business sales only.
The earning potential is genuine. This company is not looking to recruit candidates who do not need or aspire to be earning £23K + by the end of the first year!
