20 hours per week with option of overtime as and when it arises. Excellent, varied and rewarding position, working in a small but effective finance team, fully responsible for their purchase ledger, from beginning to end, as well as learning other roles within the accounts team. Must be responsible, dependable and a team player. Immediate start.
Based in lovely furnished offices, mornings, approx 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, your key responsibilities will include:
- Full control and reconciliation of their purchase ledger, including coding, posting, reconciling, investigating discrepancies, liaising with suppliers worldwide, running the monthly payment run and producing monthly reports.
- Learning other aspects of accounting, including sales invoicing and cash allocation, cash book and ad hoc reconciliations.
- Computerised systems and use of excel spreadsheet on a daily basis.
