Key responsibilities will include: Asset reviews Leasehold property reviews Contractor management Budget management Production of management information,reports and recommendations, including statistical analysis and reviews. Experince of Prince methodolgies or similar sought and good insight into RICS, Total place, Shaping and so forth.
