Varied all round role, assisting end users with a number of support issues, owning these issues through to successful conclusion, including escalating up to second or third line support if necessary. Experience of MS products 2007, 2010, XP is sought as well as networks(protocols), TCP/IP and hardware builds. In addition, lotus notes and active directory. Knowledge of SAP with would be useful.
