3 month assignment, with leading public sector organisation. Must hold Enhanced CRB and offer extensive experience in property inspection, risk assessments pertaining thereto, health and safety compliance and building standard regulations.

Working in a professional division, responsible for building inspection, reviews and development, your key areas of responsibility will include:- Undertaking building management audits and reviews, as well as engineering inspections Providing specialist information relating to risks and management therefore, building standards and safety working practices Undertaking asbestos surveys Liaising with staff members, outside contractors and clients.
