6 month contract with leading organisation to evaluate their current supplier agreements, including evaluation of how effectively their suppliers deliver the service they seek. Extremely commercial role, requiring a firm but diplomatic approach and the tenacity to deliver a meaningful and productive report to enhance future plans within this department.

Very much "hands on", but nonetheless able to stand back and to evaluate. As well as identifying KPIs and the way forward, you must have the ability and experience to manage the suppliers as you go along. Initiatives will have to recommended and thereafter implemented to ensure suppliers are providing their best and are rewarded fairly. This is very much an expanding area within the business with potential further projects coming on board in the future. A pseudo - technical environment, knowledge of engineering, manufacturing or similar environments would be beneficial. Above all you must bring results!
