Working from our client's prestigious town centre offices in Northampton, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and undertaking the administration requirements of the team. This will involve front of house/reception duties such as meeting and greeting of clients/customers, e-mailing internal staff and customers, answering a busy telephone line, typing of in-house reports as well as general correspondence.
Candidates will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a confident manner, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and enjoy working within a team environment.
Hours of work are part time, 25 hours per week.
