Interesting and challenging role, within busy HR/Payroll section of major organisation. Experience within this environment is essential, as you will be actively involved in analysing current working practices and implementing change.

Very much a role committed to ensuring improvements are made to systems and processes within this extremely busy department, you will become involved in the following:

• Evaluating current processes to ensure that payrolls are being processed on time with the minimum of errors
• Providing detailed reports relating to improvements and timescales required to implement such improvements
• Support and develop members of staff to ensure change is managed effectively and with the minimum of upheaval or concern

HR/Payroll experience is required for this position.
