A newly created post to support the effective provision of management information relating to HR and payroll systems.
- To support in providing management information in response to internal and external requests by running reports of HR systems.
- to support the delivery of an integrated HR and payroll service through the development and maintenance of the system.
- To provide a point of contact for all specialist and complex service requests.
Principal responsibilities include:
- 1. Maintaining the organisational structures on ERP ensuring accurate representation which is current and up to date
- 2. Interrogate HR/Payroll systems in order to provide management information in response to request from a variety of sources both internal and external.
- 3. Complete organisation restructures on the ERP system in line with corporate policy in a timely and effective manner.
- 4. Provide support to staff working within HR operations in order to resolve any problems with ERP.
- 5. Co-ordinate and undertake comprehensive system and process testing.
- 6. To carry out quality assurance checks to ensure the database system is accurate.
- 7. To provide advice and training to less experienced team members.
THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE WORKING ON A ROTA BASIS AND WILL INCLUDE WEEKEND WORKING.
