Having a background in analysis, in an HR or related environment, this role is both challenging and rewarding. Reporting in to a team this role will involve extracting salient data to b used by the senior management team.

This role very much focuses on the interrogation and presentation of meaningful data within an HR/Payroll environment. Requiring excellent communication and IT skills, this role will impact on the further development of systems, internal procedures and policies and on the delivery of ongoing training initiatives. Systems and process testing is very important within this position and therefore we will be reviewing CVs with this in mind. This role is operated on a rota basis.
