Ideally candidates will have sales and/or marketing experience of a major consumer brand, with an understanding of licensed products, together with proven experience within sales and marketing. Reporting directly into the MD, you will manage the licensor relationship, involving European meetings (so ability to travel is essential). Issue design briefs, research current retailer consumer trends and conduct critical path analysis from conception to delivery. Take briefs from European markets and deliver back to the UK to facilitate design and development. Route to market - analyse and propose. Will be required to collate European Sales forecasts by Country. Fluent German language ESSENTIAL. Further European language desirable.
