Liaising with key departments to ensure smooth delivery of project will include, HR, IT, and Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a huge cultural change to a web based communications platform being the key form of communication within a major organisation. Customer facing and influencing skills are paramount. You will have to establish steering groups throughout the whole process and support a proactive marketing campaign to ensure success of this project. Substantial stakeholder experience is required.
