This is a varied administrative role for experienced administrators with an eye for accuracy and a persuasive manner. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring timely processing of all warranty claims Ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately on the necessary spreadsheets Process all swapouts to ensure that the correct faulty part is returned to the suppliers To follow all necessary procedures for the processing of warranty claims Resolving queries Escalate any issues to the External Repair Team Leader Notify the External Repair Team Leader of any potential warranties to be investigated. Candidates will be expected to have a working knowledge of Excel along with good communication skills.
