Interesting and rewarding role, with key responsibilities of:- Team management Problem solving Coordination of maintenance engineers, cleaners and facilities' support people. Logging of information onto in house systems Monitoring performance against actual contracts, investigating discrepancies and reporting thereon. Delivering an A1 service.
