Initially 3 months assignment with large organisation, with properties based throughout Northampton and surrounds. Must have experience of working in a similar environment, basic fixing, minor repairs, ensuring lighting facilities are maintained. A full driving licence is also required.

Working in team environment, you will be responsible for the light maintenance of a number of buildings. Key duties will include (but not exhausted to!) General up keep of buildings, minor repairs, changing of light bulbs, escalating more in depth repairs to outside contractors Basic plumbing, repairing taps, Boarding up broken windows, gritting pathways in bad weather ( do they know something we don't!) Liaising with contract cleaners Manage stock levels.
