Initially 3 months assignment with leading governmental organisation, responsible for deliver their housing asset management strategy in association with other key managers. Capital programme is valued at £15 - 20m.

Key requisites:- Degree or similar qualification in Housing Proven background in delivering housing capital programmes Knowledge of policy issues Leading a team Sound financial/budgetary background.
