3 months assignment with leading organisation. Please note this role requires a current CRB. Key aspects of position, involves ensuring the needs of Individuals seeking sheltered housing are met and deliverables achieved to set guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:- Providing housing related support to sheltered housing residents, including visiting people in their own homes. Produce support plans and assess risk Provide advice and generalist information, liaise with outside agencies, carers and families. Maintain documentation and prepare reports Be responsible for the security of keys whilst on premises. Caring and responsible position, experience within housing or a similar environment ideal.
