Working as one of a team of Training and Support Co-ordinator's within the organisation, you will play a key role in building supportive relationships with the UK based Consultants. This will include visiting Consultants in the field, with a target of 2 visits a month. You will also have a role to play in assisting and administering the recruitment process of Consultants and their on-going training, and the accreditation process. This will involve booking and liaising with venues for training days, attending meetings, and other consultant events. Candidates will need to be able to present part of the training days, if necessary, and assist in the development of training programmes where necessary. Candidates will need to have previous experience of working within a varied and challenging administration role. The role will involve, creating and updating various spreadsheets, administration for the import and export market (full training will be given on this). Input of sales orders, input of data onto the database, along with assisting in answering the telephones. Previous experience within a busy sales office would be desirable, but not essential. Accuracy of input, along with excellent communication skills - both verbal and written are essential. Good knowledge of Word and Excel are essential. Educated to GCSE level, A - C, (or equivalent) in Maths and English is also a requirement. Candidates will ideally be numerate.
