Excellent opportunity to join a small sales team, providing administration support to the Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity for anyone with proven experience of working within a sales environment, without undertaking the sales calls themselves. By supporting the Sales Manager, you will have a crucial role to play in this very busy and hectic environment. The duties will include receiving orders, setting up new customer files, sending requested samples, extensive liaison with other departments, to include R&D, logisitics, and purchasing. An excellent telephone manner is essential as you will be regularly talking with key clients. There will also be a requirement for you to be involved with ongoing projects for various clients. Due to acquiring some new accounts in Sweden, our client now requires a fluent Swedish speaker. Based within the field, you will have your own portfolio of existing clients, as well as being expected to bring on some new clients, and generate new leads. The development of existing accounts is a key area to this role, along with the use of your Swedish speaking skills with some newly acquired business. Previous field sales experience is a requirement for this post, although an accomplished internal sales/customer service professional with the language skills would be considered. Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales and marketing teams, this role will involve customer liaison, administration and assistance with the company website. Working for a dynamic training provider, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on course bookings, both directly and via various websites. To help develop and drive the effective us of communications within the organisation. Post offered on a temporary basis, expected to run until August 2012. A great opportunity to further establish your career within Communications and PR. This role will involve developing effective links with local and national media and ensure effective promotion and management of the organisation's reputation through briefings, features, interviews and other means. This role will involve contributing to the internal "newspaper", campaign marketing materials, leaflets, internet and intranet postings, project communication strategies and corporate briefing messages. This will include liaising with colleagues for appropriate and timely copy, writing articles, supplying/commissioning photographs and ensuring deadlines and budget limit are adhered to. You will also be expected to develop constructive links with local and national media to ensure the effective promotion and management of the organisation's reputation through briefings, features and other means. Writing and sourcing material as required for this purpose. Delivering day to day management advice from a communications perspective, including the drafting of papers and other materials. This may require some out of hours cover as required. Help develop the overall brand and identity, including the development of style guidelines, and ensure that these are promoted and adhered to within the organisation. Candidates will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent. Be able to demonstrate track record of experience in communications and PR work and an ability to contribute effectively both strategically and operationally. Strong ability to produce clear, concise written material which is attractive to the media as well as the ability to produce clear, well formulated papers in sensitive situations. Maternity leave assignment, initially for nine months. All aspects of admin in a busy office. Must have knowledge of microsoft office package and enjoy multi- tasking. Excellent experience to be gained. Working as part of a customer focused team, responding to daily calls and orders, you need to have at least six months office based experience to offer and enjoy telephone and admin work. A "handover" will be given, before the permanent employee takes her maternity leave. Must be familiar with the Microsoft office package and enjoy being part of a team although you must be able to use your own initiative on occasions.
